Non-custodial Parent (NCP) The parent either of who does not have physical custody of his or her children. Usually, this parent has obligation to pay child support; however, non-custodial parents do not lose their right to visit his or her children and a custodial parent cannot withhold the visitation if the reason because the emotion or other misses support payments. Non-custodial parents can request the visitation right that grant by the family court. |
